Consider the mapping between the guidance available in Intercom and the corresponding questions within the clinical project.

  • Project Details article (content to be added in clinical project > design > project details > What is it going to be used for?).

  • User journey and Functionality guidance article (content to be added in clinical project > design > project details > Please provide details about your user's journey(s) and product functionality)

  • Care Setting & User Role description article (content to be added in clinical project > design > project details > Please describe the care setting where the system is / will be used?).

  • User Engagement & Support Strategy article (content to be added to clinical project > design > requirements > How will you engage users and/or patients throughout the design process of this project?)

  • Data flow description article (content to be added in clinical project > design > requirements > Please explain your data flow).

  • System architecture article (content to be added in clinical project > design > architecture > Description of architecture).

  • System Dependencies article (content to be added in clinical project > design > architecture > Interfaces / dependencies on other systems).

  • Clinical Safety Testing Plan and Results article (content to be added in clinical project > design > testing plan. Please ensure that the plan outlined in this section will generate the results that will be described in the subsequent stage of the clinical project, “Development.”).

  • Implementation & Development Feedback article (content to be added in clinical project > development > development phase feedback).

Please notify your CSO once the clinical project design sections are complete so feedback can be gathered and implemented, allowing the project to progress further.
